How do I register to become a tutor?

This is the easy bit! Just follow this link here and go through step by step. Once completed and approved, you will be part of our club!!

Are there any charges involved to register as a tutor?

We charge nothing for you to register! Nada!

How long does it take to register as a tutor?

About 10 minutes from start to finish. This includes the time to write your bio and upload proof of ID!

What ID do I need to upload?

Firstly, a photo ID in the form of a passport or Driving license. Secondly, proof of name and address with your recent bank statement. Thirdly, any certificates you wish to upload. If you upload certificates, it will add credibility to your profile and ranking. So why not upload them?!

What details do I need to add to my profile?

We would recommend you incorporate a strong bio. Promote yourself with your best foot forward! This is what the student reads and you should ensure this is a great summary about you!

What are the terms and conditions I need to abide by as a tutor?

Well you can’t get by with a set of Ts & Cs! We need you to ensure all your bookings are made directly through our tutor platform. That’s one of our key conditions. We will send you some Ts&Cs by email when you register. Also these will always be on our site here:

  1. Ensure all bookings for initial and future tuition sessions are booked through the 123Tutors website. This is imperative as firstly every hour, counts towards the goal of reducing the commission you pay.
  2. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership with us as a registered tutor if we feel you have breached any terms and conditions or acted in a way that is not in accordance with best practice as a tutor
